推動成立了「天主教平信徒團體匯聚平台」（clacla.org），與 十多個香港不同的福傳事工團體聯繫和合作，從而擴大天主教平信徒團體的網絡，互相支持，推動福傳工作。並與香港教區緊密聯繫，鼓勵教友福傳的使命。
FLL initiated the formation of the Catholic Laity Alliance (clacla.org) bringing together over ten Catholic lay ministries, mostly from Hong Kong, to share one another’s resources, and to promote the Catholic faith. Working closely with the Diocese in Hong Kong, the Alliance aimed to promote the concept of lay apostolate among Catholics so that they can become more actively involved with evangelization.
